We tried three different plugs on three different iphone and it messed up the battery on two of them and the other is now turning off without warning.

The price and functionality of this product are great. The quality is not something you would bet from Apple, but the price isn’t either. Seems to work just fine.

If you own an Ipod you know the problems of finding a USB port to recharge.

I found it comforting to recharge at the airport boarding terminal just before a flight.

The AC adapter is a bit bulky when you have multiple plugs on a AC adapter.

All in all a good investment.

5 Stars perfect.
exactly what i wanted. leaves my 2g ipod touch looking and feeling slim while creating protection from fingerprints and dings. so far the metal back of the ipt does not appear to have been affected by any chemical reaction to the case (something that happened with another ipod and a silicon case), and i do like knowing there is a built-in stand.

2 Stars Nothing like the picture
The image for the shell is very deceiving and could even be considered false advertising. The case itself is alright but it is difficult to take apart unless you drop your ipod on the ground (then it is guaranteed to come apart). I know that DL makes good products but this case definitely isn’t it. The stand on the back was a surprise as I am pretty sure they didn’t mention it in the description.

4 Stars Great Case, good stand
This is a fantastic case, on par with the iClear. Picked this one over the iClear because of the stand, works great horizontally, but I find the stand doesn’t hold up when trying to use it vertically. The openings do allow for some debris to enter the case.

4 Stars For the careful…
This case is highly reviewed elsewhere (see iLounge.com) and deservedly so. Here’s why:

1. The stand works quite well (portrait and landscape) and is valuable for an iTouch…you will want to set it down for one reason or another while it’s on.

2. The screen protector is simple to apply (but the company provides no instructions…google that for help), requires no adhesive, finger-prints wipe off easily, and it is mildly anti-reflective. I have had no problems with bubbles. Oh, and it doesn’t scratch with regular wipe-downs.

3. I like to see the chrome finish on the back of the iTouch through the clear case… so clear is good for me.

4. It adds only minor bulk and weight.

5. Fair price. Replace if needed even in a recession.

Now for the cons:

1. Don’t drop it! This case may not break open and spill the iTouch when dropped (like other clear plastics) but shock absorbance is not it’s strength. Not water resistant either.

2. Can’t dock it while in the case. I haven’t checked for adapters because I don’t need this functionality.

3. Dust will collect a little under the top edges of the case but not in the device itself.

If this was an iPhone and I was wearing it on my belt I would not use this case. For an iTouch it is excellent (if you are careful) and I recommend it.

Actually it is great, perfectly matching iPod 4th generation. But I should say it is so troublesome when everytime I take the earphone out and back.

4 Stars Stores the nano’s earbuds compactly
The Jam Jacket does what I wanted it to, and that is to provide a way to store the earbuds when not in use. The cover’s soft material slips around the iPod, and provides a less slippery surface to help grip the iPod. You can control the iPod through the material, though the operation isn’t as smooth as it is without the cover, as you’d expect. What may be a concern is that the Jam Jacket provides no cover for the iPod screen. This is my first iPod, so I’m not sure how vulnerable the screen is to scratches.
